iPad at restaurants = for the love of Pete we’ve gone backwards

In this, (I don’t want to say poorly done) corporate video, we are (affordably) shown the future of ordering crummy food in a crummy bar that happens to be on the fringe of technology.
JAYSUS, the Irish bartender would say, as he types in the whole credit card number and goes through a gigantic menu to [...]

Police executed a search warrant at the home of Jason Chen of Gizmodo.  He is the person who bought the iPhone prototype for the website for $5k.

iPhone 4g pics and video leaked

New breakthrough media or “Bag of Hurt?”

An honest video review of the iPad.

Share
Gizmodo has a nice video piece shot on some kind of HD-SLR reviewing the iPad.  It’s not a typical review though, and it doesn’t hit the main things you’re tired of hearing about i.e. no flash, no camera.  It’s just a quick pleasant look at a guy and his pad, 24 hours in.  It’s done [...]

Behold the Power of ASCII

Share
Does anybody remember ASCII?  Well, if geek, nerd or computer whiz were ever used in a sentence with your name, or if you were born before 1980, you probably are familiar with ASCII code.  For those of you who have no idea, ASCII was/is a group of 128 characters, used predominately in older generation operating [...]
