Police executed a search warrant at the home of Jason Chen of Gizmodo. He is the person who bought the iPhone prototype for the website for $5k.
I don’t see this ending well for either Gawker Media or Apple.

How is it possible that a company as secretive as Apple somehow let this prototype slip. Gizmodo broke the story, and they are nearly 100% convinced this is the real deal. I’m just happy I’m getting a front facing camera. Why do I think this is just going to make chatroulette.com even worse?

Nikon Rumors is reporting (with 75% probability for what that’s worth) that Nikon will shortly be unveiling 3 new models, one of which might be a replacement for the D90. Will this be Nikon’s attempt to dethrone Canon’s 5D or 7D for videomaking? Who the heck knows? Nikon rumors sure doesn’t.
