I ordered one of the 3G models. I’ve been using the iPhone since it came out, and I’m glad they are sticking with an interface and a look that works. The app’s that come out for this thing will be mind blowing, I’m sure of it.
I am looking forward to the launch. If I get one, I think I’ll just go with the Wifi one, and use the iphone for emergency internet. Also, if you jailbreak your iPhone you’ll be able to tether the iPhone’s internet to the iPad. Not that I would suggest such a thing.
