Redrock Micro draws a crowd with new HD SLR remote accessories [NAB Video]
Redrock Micro is a company that knows how to stay ahead of the curve. As innovators in the depth of field adapter market, Redrock Micro made a name for itself with the M2. The M2 started a revolution among young film makers that has now bled over to the HD SLR market. Redrock Micro was smart though, and decided to innovate in other areas – areas that are now helping to propel the young company forward into the future.
This year, Redrock Micro introduced two truly innovative items, the microTape sonar autofocus unit and the microRemote. The microTape sonar is an autofocus device that was developed for HD SLR cameras that helps to judge and adjust focus. The microRemote is a focus assisting device that utilizes the iPhone or iPod touch in creating a wireless focusing system. The video below shows off the products at NAB 2010.
