Guillaume Nery, a world freediving champion, and his freediving camerawoman girlfriend shot this epic freedive on their Canon 5D Mark II.

It’s amazing. It’s hypnotic. It’s frickin’ crazy.

I caught myself actually holding my own breath watching this. Guillaume fakes his landing at the bottom of “Dean’s Blue Hole,” the 2nd deepest underwater trench, presumably, because if he actually made it to the bottom, the pressure would kill him.

Lame. Quitters never win, Guillaume.
